The LOVE of God purchased for us the authority and power of Jesus. As we tenaciously focus on that in WORSHIP and adoration, then JOY of heaven flows out of us to others!
JOY is important; without JOY it is difficult to give the thirsty world a drink.
Our New Covenant is JOY. For the JOY set before Him, Jesus endured the cross. The Kingdom is righteousness, peace and JOY. JOY is how we recognize the Holy Spirit. JOY is the anointing that God has for those who fear Him, who know they are forgiven. Christians should be supernaturally happier than those around us.
JOY is a weapon! Rejoicing is the weapon God has given us for the sadness in our own lives. Joy and laughter have the power to break the intimidation and oppression of the enemy. Joyfulness is medicine with no side effects!
